Excellent spinach for both early and late plantings. Huge, semi-savoyed, glossy, crisp leaves. Low acid and great flavour. 3 weeks to first harvest. French heirloom from 1866. Also called Viroflex.
Direct seed to garden: Early Spring, late Spring, Summer, Fall.
