Originally cultivated by John & Stokes of Philadelphia, PA, this American heirloom was first intended for cold frame planting. Today, more commonly grown in garden plots, these white, globe-shaped radishes are spicy, juicy, and crisp. 200 seeds minimum Germination: 4-7 days Maturity: 30 days Direct sow 1/4 deep and 1 apart in full sun/partial shade as soon as soil can be worked. Thin seedlings to 2-3 inches apart. Plant again in late summer for a fall harvest.
