Description
Parsnip Supersnip has very smooth white skin which gives it excellent taste and a smooth texture. Popular in roasts, soups and casseroles, and an excellent source of Vitamin C and Folate. Drop seeds 6mm deep in rows 30cm apart. Sow thickly as germination is irregular. Thin out gradually to 10cm apart. Parsnips do best in an open sunny position. Seedlings emerge 21-28 days.
