With a nutty, peppery flavour arugula is a salad mix favourite. Fast growing and prolific, cut the greens 1 above soil level to have them regrow up to three times. Preferring cooler conditions so for best results grow in the spring and fall it can overwinter in a greenhouse or covered bed.
