Description
Eat raw or cooked – great for stir fry.
Sow spring, summer and autumn, at fortnightly intervals.
Jade fleshy stems, twice as thick as you thumb and a top as crispy as lettuce. Peel it and eat it raw or cook and eat it like broccoli, or simply stir fry the lot. Also good in salads.
Germination time 14-21 days.
