Remarks:Pink + blush plumes, also known as ‘Flamingo Feather’ or ‘Wheat Celosia’. To dry, cut and hang upside down in a dark cool place for 2-3 weeks.

Sowing Depth + Method:

Transplant (recommended) 6-8 weeks before the last frost.

Light is required for germination; cover very lightly to hold seeds in place. Grow seedlings at 17-20C. Harden off and transplant out after the last frost.

Direct seed – Only in locations with a long growing season.

Sow 3mm deep, after the last frost.

Pinching is recommended to encourage branching.

Low temperatures and less than 12 hours of light can cause premature flowering.

Bottom-water or mist lightly to avoid displacing seeds and soil.
