Description
A hearty blend of white, yellow, and purple-shouldered turnips. Mild in flavor, these heirloom roots taste great roasted, baked, mashed, and even eaten raw. A cool-season crop, turnips can also be grown for their greens, which are best enjoyed sauted.

- Maturity: 50-60 days
- Direct sow – deep in full sun as soon as soil can be worked.
- Space plants 1-2 apart depending on size desired; space rows 12-18 apart.
