We love the diversity of shape, color, and size of eggplant or aubergine. This convenient collection features our favorite varieties from around the world each one flavorful, nutrient-rich, and so beautiful. Like fellow members of the nightshade family, eggplant is a warm season crop best started indoors in cooler regions and moved to the garden when soil and ambient temperatures have warmed.
Each collection includes a minimum of 10 seeds of the following varieties:
