Description
Poppy Shirley Double mixed have ‘crumpled tissue paper’ like double blooms in shades of pink, red and white will enhance any garden border. An annual, flowering the same year, Poppy Shirley Double prefers a well drained soil and sunny position.
Sow 3mm deep in seed trays, lightly cover the seed and keep moist. Prick out when large enough to handle, and plant 20-30cm apart. Will flower for many months if dead heads are removed regularly. Plant in late summer and autumn.
