Bok choi is an easy and fast garden crop! These baby plants add a delightful crunch to a stir-fry. 40-50 days.
Direct seed 4 weeks before last frost, or start in trays 8-10 weeks before last frost. Plant 15cm apart for baby heads, and up to 60cm for larger ones. Plantings can be staggered through the whole season for a continuous harvest.
