Description
This flavorful heirloom is covered with double and triple curled, deep green leaves. Forest Green is heat- and drought-tolerant and can overwinter in a cold frame. Compact plants are just 8-12 tall, perfect for containers and window boxes. Bright, delicious flavor fresh or dried.
- 400 seeds minimum
- Germination: 14-28 days
- Maturity: 70-75 days
- Direct sow in full sun/part shade when spring soil is workable. Scatter seeds but do not cover. Will flourish in gardens, raised beds and containers with room for taproots.
- Space plants 6-12 apart.
